Kigali was an amazing experience only time I went. From most modern airport to cleanest city I've been to in my life. Umuganda is a well-known practice that is conducted every last Saturday of the month, and takes root from the Rwandan culture of seeking solutions to our problems, and cooperation- It was the first step to not only a clean city, but also a clean country, clean households and an emphasis on personal hygiene for every citizen. Since 2009, Rwandan people in neighborhoods or in their respective homes come together to work on a specific project; it can be cleaning a public garden, helping someone fix their home (especially during rainy season where houses may get damaged) to planting trees. . Kigali Genocide Memorial Centre still is the most pain in a space I've experienced.

13:06 In East-Africa, It's a norm to enter a room and find butchers chopping meat on benches which produces that strong aroma from the meat. In most cases if not all, the butchers are actually very sensitive when it comes to the sanitation of their places of work, so, approach the joint not with caution but with excitement to enjoy . You're doing a great job.

I went on a solo trip to Kigali from the uk I went to see the wild mountain gorillas in Rwanda but randomly ended up going to Uganda with a californian guy and we met a Dutch guy then all saw the gorillas in bwindi national park near kisoro on my birthday. If you want to stay in Kigali check out the mamba Rwanda hostel. Its a cool place I still have video chats with desire the manager.

I remember these fruits from the movie “ The Witches of Eastwick”. It was the scene where Michelle Pfiffers character was in excruciating pain when Jack Nicholson was devouring the fruit. I always wondered what the hell he was eating….. now I know…. Tree tomato 🍅. Once again Sonny, you have astounded me. 🙂

Very entertaining. You described the dish as "braided" which was very accurate and sounded like a word with an inexplicable universal appeal. Like....I want my meals braided. Braided meats. Braided cheeses. It just sounds fun.
