He isn’t that over-rated but he is over-rated. He takes some pretty bad shots because he knows he is a tough shot maker and he can foul a lot on defense some times. But he's still one of the best on youtube and is arguably the best. I still got Frank and would probably have Friga 2 because of how good he performs in 5v5.
