5 tips for ghost hunting 1st: Be mad be strong and dont be scared by the ghost that might backstab you 2nd: if you see or hear a ghost act like your dog destroyed your house and yell around so that the ghost is thinking: oh gosh this man is aggressive! 3rd: wenn you sleep and you see a black figure infront of you then TRY TO PUNCH IT OR SCARE IT it might work but im only 45% sure that would work 4th: if the ghost is chasing you and there is no way out First check for windows, if you see one then jump out BUT if there is no windows then fight the ghost and finnally the 5th tip: if the ghost is about to kill you or scare you or whatever ghosts do then take a picture of it and send it to any contact that you have cuz then even if you dont make it out atleast people have more evidence of what the ghosts can do

So I looked the school up. Interestingly in the archives it says the mansion has exchanged hands quite a few times since Baldwins death in the 1930s. It was made into a private school in 1967 after it was sold to become a college high school. Basically just a prep school for college. I know that there isn’t much of bad history with the building but it seems that Claremont wasn’t documented after the original owners sold it and everything after is a mystery and was only brought back to light in 1961 to 1967 when it was bought and turned into a school. Strangely enough though the whole building and its contents are actually still intact from the original owner even after the multiple owners before the school was established. The building is described as a time capsule itself. It’s really creepy that this building went undocumented or at least has no real history after the 1930s and before 1961 to 1967.
