My favorite get rich quick thing is to get a dog with the hairy trait and throw all the hair balls in the fancy trash can. Easy passive income 😁🤑🐕 You can also feed them the weird vet treats and they will poop gold 😆

I always start in micro homes. I just put my bedroom inside the main part, then make the rest under roofs and unconnected walls. I made a 5 bedroom 3 bath micro home that way, with an inner courtyard. It's fun getting creative with it. It seems like pretty much no one ever does it. The only drawback is that lighting is wonky, and that you can't elevate the foundation or the rest looks messy. But the benefits far outweigh that. Once you've gone micro, it's hard to go back, especially with relationships. I feel like the micro setting on relationships is how default should be. Spamming socials gets to be such a grind. I go out to meet other sims, then invite them to my place to make friends or romance, lol Oh, and wherever your sim lands is the "front" of the house. Sometimes it can be awkward to always need to run around the corner to the front door.

My recommendation is gardening. It takes time but you can make SO MUCH once you get established. You can end up selling 1 excellent bird of paradise for like 1k

Decided to do this scenario too. For dumpsters diving a little hack I found is having one in on my lot and sometimes by putting in a little thing I can dive for deals and get a bed. A plate for a bed not Bad right!?

Wanda the Dust bunny got sold or deleted when she made the bathroom smaller when you moved the wall so the bathroom wasn’t so long it deleted or sold Wanda I just know it disappeared after that
