From the first momemt I watched such a video I wondered who teached them to do phone calls like that! And if they call back they often just say things like: "It's me!" or straight continue with the scam. I mean unless they don't do a video call, how should the other person really know who it talking? That they never ever say their real name and introduce themselfs with an american/english name, while their accent tells you that doesn't fit, is another story! And I also have to say that I once did customer support by phone and my boss would have fired me, if I would have talked to our customers, like they do! 🤣

I'm in US only for 1 year, and this thing with credit card balance was confusing as hell for me, especially then I paid a big amount of money to my credit card and my balance went negative for 2 days and available credit went to 0 and I wasn't able to use my credit card.
