I love having gel nails because it stops me from biting my nails too! I do my own for cost purposes and lasts at least 3 weeks. For electrolytes, I love LMNT. I like that it's sugar free (although I heard liquidIV released their own sugar free version now) and the flavors are soooo good.

If you like Indian food, you might like Saffron in Burlingame! It used to be a Michelin star restaurant until the chef decided to get out of the star game and have more freedom with his creativity. :) Rooh in Palo Alto is also good!

BTW if you're ever in Cupertino, I highly recommend checking out Home eat! It's one of my favorite Chinese spots with delicious salted egg chicken wings & eggplant dishes. Honestly, looks wise, I prefer what the salon did more than the reference photo (shape, size of the hearts, colour ...), but I see lot's of good advice in the comments section about salons and how your nails should perform over time etc. They certainly should not chip after two days! I don't have my nails done professionally after a very bad experience in Palo Alto many years ago (lesson learned - bring your own equipment - files, towels - as much as you can, to stay safe). BTW - red looks very good on you. You should wear it more.

You prob don't need liquid IV unless you are sweating a lot. Most likely you get enough sodium from the food vblogs. Also there is decent amount of sugar in those things.
