I’m obviously not Alyssa but from what I’ve heard from a lot of influencers, their managers are basically the middle person between them and brands. Some brands tend to reach of to creators themselves but for the most part, anything work related goes through their managers, like their managers should be fighting for them to get the pay they deserve for brand deals & passing on event opportunities, like that’s stuff…paperwork 😅 that’s the basics way of putting it but I’m sure they do other things too but I know some managers manage more than one influencer sometimes.
