There is one place in particular that you would flip over - products from Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Japan, etc etc.... refrigerated, frozen and pantry staples.

I would LOVE to see a Cooking 101 series from you! Like making basic sauces and type applications, sauté techniques, frying techniques etc. I bet it would be very popular and it would be never ending content for you! You could then do a Cooking 200 series , you get it.

I grew up with this dish. You did it justice. Looks amazing. Ricotta Salata can be hard to find but some Whole Foods have it. I love both feta and ricotta salata but I favor the ricotta all day. If you find it and remake I’d love to hear if you taste a difference
