if you're getting proper amounts of fuel when you where at 19lbs then the only thing you'd have to worry about on a 1j would be blowing the oem turbo because of the ceramic blades, other than that. that stock 1j will hold that all day long as long as your AFR's are good, love the video guys, so close now!!!

215/220 is pretty warm for just driving it around, as soon as you're at the track beating on it that's going to sky rocket. 10/10 going to have to upgrade your cooling system. I have a Taurus fan on my jz and I was hot lapping it at the track 2 weeks ago and never went over 190/200°

20lbs of boost on a 1JZ wouldn't bother me as long as it wasn't all the time. My buddy ran 22lbs of boost on a stock 4G63 in his 1st gen TSi AWD when we went out to the Honda meets. We would also remove part of the exhaust while keeping the exhaust on. It's hard to explain how we did it without showing. I remember driving it while following my buddy driving his new car and a 4th gen Golf 1.8T was trying to race me. He told me to turn the boost up to 22lbs and do it. I walked away from that VW quickly. I was surprised since it was from a roll. I guess it wasn't stock. It had a boost controller and a turbo timer.

Best way to burp the block is to remove a heater hose while filling the radiator and when coolent starts to come out the heater hose reinstall it and finish filling the radiator

I think you can squeeze the water hose connected to your radiator and it helps bleed the bubbles out.

My uncles cousins daughter has a favorite older sister with a bad ground. He put a 10,000 hp at the wheels cranked out to a miller can for high mileage! Pretty much on your sender on the rubber hose needs a creeper neck because it's so low. Hopefully this helps

if you guys have replaced all the vacuum lines for the turbo and you aren't using a boost controller then you might have accidentally thrown away the Boost jet that was stuffed inside one of the old vacuum lines if it wasn't thrown away by the previous owner probably why you're hittin 19 pounds of boost because the Boost J is missing from inside the vacuum line restricting the amount of boost that the turbo will build based off vacuum pressure

fix boost leaks and then install boost controller and run 10-12 psi all day ukl be fine. anything over 14 is slightly excessive on stock internals but always fun ;)
