I only found the hospital thing because a former employee told me that they heard some of the philanthropy videos were faked with CGI but I still don't know to what extent, I showed the examples I found but I might have missed more. Also at 3:30 I like that you show him advertising Feastables in the philanthropy video because he says he doesn't profit off the philanthropy but he clearly does since he uses it to promote his other businesses.

As a Nepali Citizen I am confirming that he just built the Solar Panels ! If he had built a whole hospital then it would come in News and Be a Huge Headline but we didn't hear anything on the News ! Hi, professional editor here, the "warble" effect that appears on the house in question is typically the result of an effect called warp stabilization. This effect is simply meant to cover up poor stabilization that resulted in filming. However, as you may realize, it is a still image. Based on the opacity effect or "double image" you can see on the flowers when you zoom in, my immediate impression is that these are two images layered over top of one another. It seems that there was a mask drawn around the house, implying that some or part of it may be real, but the outer part of that image was taken into photoshop where they added flora and the water tank (which very obviously seems fake, as you noticed). However, that doesn't justify the house being chopped in half at the top of the image. One thing I can say is that it certainly is NOT a transition effect, not in the slightest. I believe the editor may have put warp stabilization on the still image to give the impression of motion or just cover up any obvious mistakes, which is a smart move. Too bad they didn't composite both images together and do it all on one track... TLDR; professional editor says FAKED. Edit: Grammar, I'm an idiot.

At 6:00, as a botany Student from Germany I can say, those plants cant exist. The leaves and petals belong to other plants or are even unrealistic, because no plant on earth has that many irregular petals, even if those plants were real, they are just too irregular and nature likes it rules.(they look like asteraceae but they dont fulfill their rules). But from what I'm getting with that statement is that Hollywood overspends a lot of money and you can actually create something of the same quality for lower the budget. Meaning, he can spend just 2mil on something and over-exaggerate the actual price of it to 20mil just to create more hype around it. In our mindset, or most people we always assume Africa is a poor Continent*, which IS NOT BY FAR. He could easily get sympathy and support without raising concerns.
