In reference to their talk about different level of buildings in the US the first floor you walk into is the first floor and goes up from there depending on the building first floor might also be called the ground floor (hotels, big multi story buildings, etc)

OK in the "Cafe" map the is the basement, lobby, and 2nd floor. Nobody is entering to the kitchen floor other than employees. In a tall building there is the lobby or entrance floor, 1st floor and so on. But in a tall building there is likely a basement for storage or behind the scenes work. If I use my house for example, there is the basement/guest house, first floor, and second floor. The basement is technically also the entrance floor but we go up on the outside so the 1st floor is my entrance floor which is the middle floor of 3. So in my opinion the entrance floor is designated actual use, not just building. On the "cafe" map, the basement is only accessible outside from the backside of the building. So guests would enter from the front side and enter the lobby or first floor. So yes, I agree with you Teo, but with a little more emphasis on basements.
