Question: Is it possible, as with audio, to play a background video or gif (with smaller underlying slides)? In my project I am providing slides of a sailing trip but would like not only audio but an underlying gif of a rolling ocean.

I am trying to make a slideshow but want to burn a DVD to lay on my blue ray. Can I do this with the rendered slideshow? I am a beginner. Love your education and talent.
@MoreThanASnapShot4 жыл бұрын
Try this. Burn Slideshows to DVD: Windows Step 1 Open your photo slideshow in Movie Maker, Window's free slideshow creation software. Step 2 Place a blank DVD in your computer's drive. Step 3 Select the "Finish Movie" link in the Movie Maker window, followed by "Save to My Computer." Type a name for your photo slideshow in the field. Step 4 Click on the icon that represents your blank DVD in the window and click "Save." You may need to wait a few minutes for the slideshow to burn to the DVD. Eject the DVD from your computer when the burning is complete. Place the DVD in your DVD player to view your slideshow. Please let me know if it work. I don't have a DVD burner on my current PC to test it with.

Hello, thank you for great tutorial, when I press render video to save it, then it initializing it, but then it stops half way through.... so I can't proceed! Any idea how to render/save it? I have the latest ps with the adobe subscription. Many thanks!
@MoreThanASnapShot4 жыл бұрын
That sounds like you are running out of memory. Try rebooting before you render the video. You might need a more powerful computer.

Gary, Thanks for posting these two great videos - VERY helpful! Just one question: Is there a way to copy changes from one frame to some or all of the others without making identical changes to each one from the beginning? By that, I mean can you copy timing and or transitions all the way across your images? I've tried to find that out -- but been unsuccessful. Thanks!
@MoreThanASnapShot7 жыл бұрын
AerialLensVideo Yes I think so. Try highlighting all of the images before adding the transitions.

Your tutorial was very helpful but can I adjust the length of time an images shows all at one time. If I have 50 images it is tedious to do it one at a time.
@MoreThanASnapShot4 жыл бұрын
Yes, just highlight all the images before changing the time.

I cannot get the type to go to the top on it's own line and the Video Group 1 is not forming even though I do exactly what you are saying. I've done it 3x to make sure. Maybe because this newer version of CC is different. I don't know. I am stumped. Also, on the right side where it saysVideo Group 1 and all the photos underneath it. I don't have that. I have the photos but no "group" headline like you have. And when I type a layer of text it is above the group but within it and there is nowhere to drag it out because it isn't a group! Please respond. Thanks!

Is there a way to have my video (which I have not created just yet) automatically play over and over again on a TV? I need to create a video to be played on a TV in a showroom. I will need it to play throughout the day. Also, would it be best to have the video save to a flash drive and insert it into the TV? I'm completely new to the whole video thing, but have worked with photoshop on other print materials. Thanks.

Is it possible to add transitions in multiple pictures at once? If I have a video of 200 pics it is kind of annoying to put one by one manually....

I saved my video and exited photoshop before rendering it. Is that the reason why it is not opening if I re open photoshop or could I click somewhere and still see my video I have been working with? At present when I re open photoshop I only see all the images I used to make the video except the actual video I have made on a timeline.

Thanks for those 2 videos. It is easy to follow. However, when I put the settings to loop and I render it to loop, but end result in MP4 format, it doesn't loop. Any idea on how to make the video loop?

Fantastic video!!! Thank you for this! One question- when I render my video and it exports as an MP4, then when I try to upload it to KZbin, I get an error message. Any ideas? I don’t have access to Adobe Media encoder..

Ally Lauria Thanks. I’m sorry but I don’t think it will work without the media encoder.

Thanks Gary for making the two videos on how to make a slide show. I tried to add a text layer and nothing happened. I clicked the text icon when "Video Group 1" was highlighted and then tried when it was not highlighted. In both cases a text layer was not created. Please advise.

so for the very last step, when i click on render video, it tries to render to .jpg NOT .mp4 Also my 'Adobe Media Encoder' is all greyed out
@MoreThanASnapShot3 жыл бұрын
It's probably because you have to download Adobe Media Encoder and you may have to have a membership to do that.
