I actually like the new change because it encourages people to swap and not hold on to on ult for a character that isn't working. In OW a lot of people would continue respawning as a character that was getting countered because they had their ult or were really close to it. Now, getting some of your ult charge back if you swap is a way to incentivise players to be more tesm focused and flex to what works.

Moiras healing ticks heals over time even after you've stopped spraying so unless your team is getting railed, Avoid spraying constantly. You can literally just tap it over your team a couple times to keep them topped up and then focus on sucking to keep your resources up. Alooooot of Moiras fuck up because they blast their whole bar on their team for no reason and then have nothing in the tank for the absolute clobbering theyre about to take. And if you're gonna toss damage orbs out, aim it at their supports, They'll have to use their cooldowns on themselves to top up or make themselves vulnerable to getting bursted. A moira that knows how to manage their resources and pressures the other teams supports is absolute fucking cancer to deal with, she will just absolutely fuck you because she can put out heals and pressure at the same time in really annoying amounts You also recover more healing bar if you spam the damage suck......for some reason. I don't think they ever changed that. So instead of holding it, just tap the shit outta your suck. Some People even bind their suck to scroll wheel for this reason bevause it refills almost twice as fast

It is a good change. If enemy team counters other team so well, you have to swap. Swapping and losing all your ult progress is super bad and can cause you the game
