My cooking experience started just like Chris'. My parents worked late, so I started making dinner for all of us back in high school. And I cook in a similar way to Wes, where I clean alongside, so I can just enjoy the food afterwards and not have to worry about cleaning it. I love cooking as I love playing around with foods and spices, and create new flavours. It's like art. Loved loved this episode. Gave me some pretty cool ideas as well :)

Hey guys i forgot to tell you! I was walking on campus a couple of weeks ago (i go to Temple University in Philadelphia) and I saw this guy walking in front of me with a red shirt and a cool design on the back of it. I was like.. That looks so familiar... passive pandas...oMg... Wong Fu! It was mid day and really crowded on the sidewalk so I hurried up to him and went, "i love your shirt!" and he looked up kinda confused and was like, "thanks?" then I was like, I have no idea what to say next so I just laughed and said "Wong Fu for life!" and made the hand sign, then I quickly walked away haha. Overall it was a good experience 😅

Currently living in Taiwan and been to China (going again in July!) -- I have to say, anything with 'ma' spice gets me. That numbing sensation is just,, so satisfying to me. I think it's because it's a difference spice from what I'm used to eating (Mexican food is more on the spicy end of the spectrum) is just so,,, good. I'm tempted to go text a friend and get some mapo dofu or something, though I've already made plans to get shaved ice...
