What an absolutely stunning episode this was! The art and animation felt insane and I really like these characters. I am a bit sad that it's only two episodes, but I am sure they will be great!

Fun Fact: Futaba Tsukushi's seiyuu and Morfonica's Drummer mika is a drum instructor at ESP School of Music and has been involved in the BanG Dream Franchise from the very beginning as a drum instructor and some of her students are Saaya's seiyuu and Poppin'Party's Drummer Ohashi Ayaka, Ako's seiyuu and Roselia's Drummer Sakuragawa Megu, and Taki's seiyuu and Drummer for MyGO!!!!! Hayashi Coco. and speaking of which today June 24 2024 is actually mika's birthday.

Nanami's seiyuu and Morfonica's Bassist Nishio Yuka is also a Violinist before switching to Bass for the BanG Dream Franchise she's also in D4DJ where she voiced Aimoto Rinku the main character and leader for the DJ Unit called Happy Around! which happened to also have a real-life group and D4DJ is actually a project that came from Bushiroad but they recently transferred to it game developer called Donuts inc. But Bushiroad will still provide support for D4DJ, especially during live concerts.

Rui's seiyuu and Morfonica's Violinist Shimamura Ayasa is a KZbinr Musician but before even joining Morfonica she used to be in bands called Sword of the Far East and Decays and aside from Morfonica she's also the violinist for the supergroup called East Of Eden.

Of course, the game follows a story that begins with the meeting and formation of Morfonica, and that could have been used to create an anime season or a movie of some kind. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. Also, the pandemic hit soon after Morfonica's real band began, so they were unable to perform live for a while, which was unfortunate in that respect as well. However, they overcame that and continued their activities, and are now just as popular as other bands. (Morfonica have performed joint concerts with Popipa, Roselia, and RAS.)

The ending song 「flame of hope」is an off-vocal version, but of course it originally has vocals. It's a passionate and powerful song that gets the crowd excited at live performances, so I recommend it.

It's unfortunate that Morfonica didn't get their own series. I really want to read the game stories but I also want to spend time catching up Roselia's side stories TwT Mashiro is so cute and we must protecc her. Every time I see her I just want to give her headpats. I don't think that Mashiro's old classmates meant any harm. It's just so happened that their view of Mashiro clashed with her own ideals. Love how you looked like you'd fall off the chair when you were enjoying the violin lol

2:19 - Okay, I honestly felt that because I kept falling behind on your reactions (and anime in general), that it wouldn’t matter if I commented on any of your videos or not. But screw it. I gotta address this. Stuff like what you said in the above time code is what’s making me like your reactions more and more by the video which is not something I can just say about any other anime reaction channel. The fact you cared to look up the staff credits for an upcoming anime at all, did your homework and made the connections is indescribably refreshing to see. And in fairness, you’re not obligated to do that. No one is. But not only is there no harm in doing that either, it’s another valid way to express appreciation towards what you like and I wish more anime fans, reactions or not, cared to do that. Like I said, I’m currently more behind on seasonal anime than I wish I was, but I do keep up with productions and their staff whenever I can. As you said, Koufax Kakimoto, the director of the Bandori series from S2 onward, is the director of Nare Nare and some of the other staff from Bang Dream has carried over to the latter as well. -Tomori Umetsu for instance, who has been the main editor for the Bang Dream series under Sangizen’s 5-women editing department, Editz, as well as the storyboard artist and director for almost every Bandori music video, every D4DJ music video, Bandori S3, My GO, Argonavis & D4DJ openings and the director of the Morfonication OVAs, is credited as editor for Nare Nare. -Various animators and animation directors involved with a Bang Dream have been brought on to provide CG animation for the opening theme and episodes of Nare Nare. One example is Nanako Okamoto (@melonsoda_553) who provided 3D animation for the op & Ep 1. Since you’re uploading reactions to the anime now, if I can say this, if you search her Twitter profile, you’ll immediately notice her banner picture of Anon sitting on her desk scouting all her classmates in episode 1. She animated those cuts in that episode. Takumi Miyata (@miyatatakuUMI) is another person brought on to the Nare Nare anime as CG director.

morfonica's members are a year younger than poppin' party, so in morfonication they're 1st year students (while popipa are 2nd year students) additionally, tsukinomori, the school they go to, was introduced to the game at the same time morfonica was also, game-wise, it'll be completely upcoming anime content free until after the anime comes out, so if you want to check it out, there shouldn't be any anime spoilers at least until the english server catches up to the japanese server (it's currently approximately 6 months behind jp story-wise) the en server doesn't have mygo yet either (except for a couple of songs from the anime, though they're easy to avoid since you've got 500+ songs in the game to choose from), and it'll still be a little bit before they introduce the band to the game (my guess is mid to late july), so you should be okay to try it out even now

I really like all the things Mashiro sees. It's all so colorful and beautiful. Also, I just remembered that there is an encore section for the Film Live 2nd Stage. I watched it on Crunchyroll, and it was broken up into the movie and 3 encores. I'm not sure how it appears on the cite you are using, but I just wanted to let you know about this. The songs from those encores are really good.

The real-life Morfonica was announced in mid-February of 2020 and it was in early March 2020 when the real-life band was introduced, I remember back then before their first-ever live performance at BanG Dream! 8th☆LIVE at Fuji-Q Highland Conifer Forest on August 23, 2020, the band experienced some setbacks from February to August 2020 particularly to their lead singer and Mashiro's seiyuu the lovely Shindō Amane didn't seem to catch a break, and experienced cyberbullying from those ugly and talentless bashers which so severe that her agency Hibiki stepped in and filed a report and the crackdown which is still happening to this day. Seriously these dumbasses saying nasty stuff about her voice back then and even comparing her to her lead singer senpai from the other bands in BanG Dream which is a bit condescending by the way I was like seriously you do realize that her senpais are in their late 20's and early 30's at the time and given the fact that she's just 15 turning 16 at the time so, of course, she doesn't have enough experience and there are some flaws here and there in her voice and I was like let's wait for them to perform live and during that time I've been rooting for her and that performance at the BanG Dream! 8th☆LIVE silenced all those bashers cause she sounded much better in a live setting and proved that she's the right person for the job she improved since then and so I'm happy for her.

The thing about those girls is that they weren’t making fun of her, they were being genuine. They had no idea Mashiro was afraid of her past self and that she wanted to change - to them, they liked those parts of her as unique, not weird. It’s just a difficult gap in understanding that ended up hurting Mashiro, unfortunately. Mashiro has changed in some ways, but also hasn’t in some ways, and that’s totally okay. Not all of them are necessarily bad, it’s just difficult for poor Mashiro. Feel so bad for her and her anxiety

10:15 Fusuke is just a nickname that Touko calls her, her full name is Futaba Tsukushi. The other members call her Tsukushi-chan (Mashiro), Tsu-chan (Nanami) and Futaba-san (Rui). ' Also, I think Mashiro's former classmates didn't mean to put her down or be mean to her. Tsukinomori is a prestigious private school for talented/rich kids, and Mashiro got in via scholarship, and so her former classmates are saying that they are happy that Mashiro didn't become stuck up or snobbish just because she got in, as they don't know that Mashiro wanted to change herself. Mashiro unfortunately took it the wrong way, but it wasn't really their fault I feel. With regards to the timeline, this is over summer break, so in between S2 and S3 of the anime. If you remember, the beginning of the first ep of S3 was Rokka talking about how she spent her summer vacation.

Actually, back in 2022 I also thought that Morfonication will be a 13-episode series but it just ended up as a 2 episode OVA maybe the reason it's because they already had plenty of screentime in Garupa Pico not to mention they've been around in the mobile game since the real-life band was introduced back in 2020.

This one is made after D4DJ anime if i remember correctly so yeah in term of animation is so advance and upgrade and expect the same quality for 2nd FILM, Poppin Dream MOVIE, Circle thanks Party and of course Mygo, definitely Mygo i would say since it's so different from all the previous Bang dream Anime.

The 2 episodes was only a few days aways so we didnt wait long. I asume the ending have no vocal because mashiro cant sing it right now. Just some info. Mashiro is first years (like all thhe others) to Tsukomuni school (new school). She was very shy. She get into circle and meet popping party with classmate representative Futaba (Fusuke). Toko was there too. Shiro is so impressed she want to start a band. Nanami is a secret genius and want to be normal, learn bass in a week to join. Rui is a violin who compete, never been a band. And yeah that kinda enough info 😅

Ah Morfonica... My least favorite band in bang dream. They kinda just came kinda out of no where for anime viewers. I wish they would have gotten more content to set them up instead of just two OVA's.
