I love listening to your videos your voice is so soft and sweet. I have never seen such a way of cooking rice and want to do this! Question - do you think penang curry paste would work instead of red curry paste? Would it be different?

@@nicktaber2969 Slightly. Good Penang curry has shrimp in it. But it isn’t conflicting since this recipe has fish sauce in it.
