I really like the rosy color story. I feel like it's important to consider that Oden's eye has a very big client base outside of north america. Here in Brazil we're in spring and those colors are perfect for the holidays!

I liked the palettes from last year, I didn’t get the ones from the year before. I love the Rosy jingle color story. It reminds me of sugar plum fairies and retro Christmas with pink trees. I love pastels for winter. The silvery bells palette appeals to me too as I love red eyeshadows. I think they did a good job this year

I LOVEEEE the Rosie Jingle color story! 🩷 I live in Florida so it's sunny and bright for the holiday and this fits very well with the overall mood. It's also super fun, young, and vibrant. I feel it is very holiday feeling (I also had a pink cotton candy tree and vibrant decorations). Love this review!

Ooo, would love to see you do a look with the dark gray, black, plum and silver! And, yes, stick with traditional for Christmas decorations. I opted to go with all traditional glass ornaments and white lights on my tree 20 yesrs ago, burgundy crushed velvet skirt, and I still love it as much today as I did when I got it. Start mininal on ornaments too and add a few that you really love each year. I did the same with my Christmas village and its been so fun to grow over time. Now, it stays up year round above my cupboards because I love it so much and it also takes forever to set up!

When I saw that Rosy Jingle palette I thought of Nutcracker Sugar Plum Fairy Christmas. It's not really my vibe though because it is so pastel. But some of those shimmers are tempting me even though I'm not wild about the mattes. The other one is pretty too but red eyeshadow isn't my thing. I don't know that I'll pick either up. I have both their first Christmas release and those are stunning, and I also bought the Snow Dream from last year. I love both looks you did! Beautiful! As for decorating, I feel you. Every year I buy a couple ornaments and over the years I've amassed a beautiful collection of Victorian old-world bobbles for my main tree in my foyer. Buying a few things every year is a great idea. I also cut greenery from my Leyland cypress trees and put it all over my house. It's like a Victorian postcard up in here. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry soon to be Christmas!

Of the 2, the Rosy Jingle is more up my alley, it looks like there are lots of nice duo combos in there. Every reviewer I've seen has liked the Silvery Bliss palette better. However, I just am not a super fan of reds, I don't think I'm skilled enough to apply them so they look good and not like I'm sick. Also, I just picked up the Little Ghost palette on sale, so I'll likely pass on it entirely

I love how people are, like, Rosy Jingle has nothing to do with Christmas, when the brand is located in Sweden, a country that’s not far away from the Arctic Circle. I myself am from a country that’s close to Sweden, and we do have a solid winter here, and when the sun hits the sky and it’s not grey and gloomy here, it’s exactly the colours one would see in the sky when the sun is rising or setting. Internet’s full of various accounts showing off the Arctic in winter. The further North you go, the shorter are the days, the lower is the sun, so on sunny days all kinds of pastel and bright colours can be witnessed and they wonderfully play out in the white snow everywhere. It’s a colour story of a cold winter morning or afternoon (I say that as in my country sun sets around 4pm 😂). These colours makes me think of winter and Christmas more than wte has been considered as the classical festive colours for the season. They probably should name the palette Christmas Dawn (opposed to Christmas Eve), it might make more sense to people, if named that directly. When it’s a Jingle, then for everyone who doesn’t live in Arctic or, perhaps, Antarctic and haven’t seen neither of those winters it doesn’t make sense as the worldwide colours for Christmas are royal green, rich red and gold, maybe silver.
