Cut a lemon in half stick 3 4 cloves in the lemon and keep it near the door , windows and the flies will be gone

Yayy I was just making my grocery shopping list for the week so this is perfect timing 😊 Super excited about the sweet potato, bacon & kale recipe! Also if you have fruit flies try the Aunt Fannie’s Flypunch fruit fly trap. It’s this liquid product that you just leave open on the counter and the flies go into it. It’s kinda gross because they settle at the bottom but much easier than the sticky tape or other things because you just leave it there. If it’s regular flies maybe just an electric fly swatted. Good luck!

Those espresso shots are dead and probably bitter, a pro tip would be to pour whatever you’re putting into it right away!! Also you should a million percent cook your breakfast in that bacon fat, don’t waste the goodness LOL! That salad looks amazing dang!

Hold up. Are they the normal fast flies or are they bigger and slow? I had the slow ones one time and found it was b/c they were the result of a dead/decaying mouse in the attic.

Hey Morgan! Fun tip from a former barista, the longer your coffee shot sits, the more bitter it becomes. If you froth your milk or pumpkin drink beforehand, and then pour your coffee and quickly add your extras on top, your coffee won’t be as exposed and won’t be as bitter :) love your videos

I've been LOVING Trader Joe's sweet potato gnocchi, with apple bacon chicken sausage and broccoli. The "sauce" from the gnocchi bag makes such a good combination for the 3. Enjoy!

My previous house ALWAYS had flies, especially in the summer. Lowe’s has these fly traps that are super cheap and you just add water and hang it outside. Look up “black flag insect repeller” at Lowe’s. They work amazing but make sure you change them out at least once a week...they start to smell 😬

I know you mentioned in a vlog about how you don’t want to buy that many pine nuts because what the heck are you gonna do with them all, so idk if you’ve ever considered going to a bulk store (do you guys have bulk barn in the states? Idk) and buying nuts and other dried goods there so that you can get as much or as little as you want without wasting food or money
