I used to do same mix at my church on the fly, i would EQ the voice in advance (of course) and add reverb and/or delay preprogrammed on the board. All I would have to do is bring the level up during the performance. Knowing how churches operate especially in the Philippines, I believe everything was done on the fly during the first performance. Pretty easy when you have a digital board.

The first video is one of my all time favorite by Morissette. For me you can forget all the commercial version, good for a mall. Mori's version for Favor church can only be sung ... in a church. I'm not a believer but when Mori sings "fall on your knees, hear the angels voices" I feel a little intimidated.

How did Morissette not win against Klarisse in The Voice before? Personally, right from the start, ppl already know Klarisse will have an advantage because Sarah (their coach) knows Klarisse way back their younger years, they have compete with each other in a contest before and shared some lovely memories together as they said. Sarah also already knows Klarisse's voice more than Mori. That's why eventhough Mori is actually better during practice (they showed the BTS) and better during the final showdown with Klarisse, Sarah still chose Klarisse, the coach became bias and I don't wanna argue with anyone coz it's actually obvious on Sarah's face before.
