I actually like the idea of the rooks being cakes instead of other characters. Cause they’re actually the only pieces that aren’t normally human figures (I’m deciding to count the knights as humans considering they’re called knights, even tho the piece is a horse). So since the rook is a tower, it makes sense to me that those pieces should be something different. But they’re also still very Moriah, so it works. And side note- I can’t believe you did so much for one video. I know you’re always worried that people will be disappointed that they have to wait to see the result, and I’m sure you don’t want to feel like the project is dragging on either. But I think you could’ve even saved the gessoing for last. You did so much in this video that I honestly thought it was about to end after you finished sculpting. And then you started filling in the cracks. 😂 I think for these larger projects you shouldn’t feel too pressured to get them out asap. They’re kinda like a mini series. And others may disagree, but I wouldn’t even mind if you released them every other week. So you could still work on other projects in between to keep you from getting frustrated with the same project (which usually hits me half way thru 😂) and it gives you more time to work through any roadblocks that pop up. I really love this so far. And it was so satisfying seeing them all painted white. It’s gonna be so satisfying to color them now!

I would LOVE to see Moriah customise a keyboard with each of her characters beginning with a letter on the keyboard. Pleaseeeee can we make this happen? EDIT: I do know that she is a mother of two and I think that everyone saying this have very valid points. If it wasn't already obvious she doesn't have to do anything she doesn't want to and I was just making a suggestion. I'm not trying to harass or upset her. I'm a fan just like you guys.
