I trained with Saito Sensei many times over the years , living as ushideshi. for many months. I was very humbled by the experience. If it weren't for my rigorous dialysis I would be back in a flash. Sadly, Saito senior passed away, but I'm sure his skill and wisdom is in good hands with his son. Thank you Saito Sensei for allowing me the honour of training with you. I may not make it back to Japan, but I hope one day that I will be able to train again. Nonetheless, I try to live the Aikido way in spirit,
