Hi Faith, Thank you for sharing your experience with the moringa superfood. It's valuable to hear different perspectives to help others make informed decisions. I am so sorry to hear that it burns you stomach and throat. I drink a cup of the tea 2 times per day and has never had any burns maybe you should check with a medical practitioner to see if there is something else going on or you could probably check out on of my other moringa videos in the description there are links to the ones that i use.
@NutritionWolfchannel7 ай бұрын
Hi Avec, Thank you for sharing your experience as well. I am also sorry that you had burns also. with me not being a medical practitioner I would have to offer you the same advice that I gave to Faith. Have a chat with a medical practitioner to see if there is something else going that is causing that reaction. Or you could go to one of my other moringa videos on my channel and use one of the links in the description to try to one that I use.

I got my first bag of moinga two weeks ago. I started taking it right away with wonderful results. When I mix it in my tea, I end up with a black sludge in the bottom of the pot and my cup. Is this normal
@NutritionWolfchannel7 ай бұрын
Thank you for sharing your experience with moringa. It's always interesting to hear how it's working for others. when I make my tea i have never experienced that. Check out one of my other moringa videos there are links in the description for the ones that I buy and use when I run out of the fresh leaves. By the way here is a tip. I use 1 teaspoon of the powder and 3 teaspoon of Avocado oil to mix out the powder in my tea cup before adding the hot water. The oil dissolves the powder better than water, and beside avocado oil add a whole lot more nutrients. At that time when it is mixed with the oil it the mixture will look black but if you mix it thoroughly when you add the water there will be no residue in the bottom.

What about the kidneys
@NutritionWolfchannel7 ай бұрын
Hi Rita, Thank you so much for bringing up the topic of kidneys! They are often overlooked, but they are vital to our health. I appreciate your interest, one study using a model of acetaminophen toxicity found that moringa supplementation reversed both oxidative damage and inflammation in the kidneys. A laboratory test also found evidence that moringa extracts may stop minerals from building up and causing stones in the kidneys. It is truly a Miracle tree of life.

Best form to take it...and what brand???
@NutritionWolfchannel7 ай бұрын
Hi Karen, The best form to take it really depends on your preferences and needs. As for the brand, it's always good to research and read reviews to find one that suits you best. As for me I drink a cup of the tea in the morning when I wake up about half hour to a hour before breakfast and another cup half hour going to bed. check the other moringa videos on my channel some of them has links to the brand that I use. if you use any of those links to make a purchase I get a small commission.

@NutritionWolfchannel6 ай бұрын
Hi jacquie, Thanks for asking this important question! It's always good to be cautious when it comes to your health. however I am not a medical professional and this is not medical advice, but most of what i see out there is that it is actually not harmful for the kidneys. have a quick chat with someone in the medical feild and come back and let us know their perspective.
