That's how we fell inlove and became a fan of Morissette. The first time I saw her perform, I was mesmerized. Every performances, she gave it her all and the emotion you can feel it. You can't help but to watch her til the end of the video and then jump to another performances. She made me an addict. Lol. I don't know, but I just really love watching her perform. Sooo I'm old enough to actually own the original by the late Natalie Cole! I'm a massive Morissette fan (as many know so full disclosure there) she did MASSIVE justice to the original. I am not a critic. When it comes to her. I trust that SHE and those close to her in her circle handle that area, NOONE is harder on themselves than an artist like her. When it comes to her I'm an encourager , theres enough people out there as we say in America " Monday Morning Quarterbacking" . You did say some things I totally see ,and that is, she has the "thing" that has no word that draws you in. I have said the same,when she performs you hang on her every word and cannot look away. I've listened to it literally 2,000 times over the past 30+ years. This was one of the best performances i've ever heard of this song. Kindly point me to a more powerful rendition of this song LIVE on youtube. I'd LOVE for you to show me. And Ovela, i love your reviews generally, but i think you're dead wrong in saying that she missed a few pitches here. I'd like for you to point out the timestamps where she missed a pitch.
