This was last years song during the miss universe pageant. It was held in the Philippines. There’s actually a video of her singing it on stage during the pageant.

She did sing live at the pageant in 2022. Kiko Salazar who wrote "Akin Ka Na Lang" wrote this and she is the original artist to sing it. Many reactors reacted to the live performance. However,, this arrangement is my favorite. She also did a one take studio performance as well. It was of the original arrangement.

It was the last song of the MISS UNIVERSE CONTEST 2022 writen for Mori by KIKO SALAZAR who wrote AKIN KA NA LANG, he sometimes appears in Mori videos playing keyboard like in FLY LIKE A BIRD, he and Adonis Tabanda were involved, as said Mori sang this on stage with all the Ladys that took part walking onto the stage, then past winners, the winner of the contest came last, as always Mori killed it, a few weeks later Mori and her husband Dave wanted to record POWER in there new Studio at home but Mori fell ill and couldn't sing, then one afternoon they gave it a try and POW first take, if you want to see that Version go Morissette Amon POWER first take after being ill, it should show up, now the other songs, that's IMAGINE MORE, COLOUR EVERYWHERE and WATERWALK a modern Gospel and just beautiful, then comes the song in Tagalog, sorry forgot how to spell it and no chance of pronouncing it, it was on the screen at the end of POWER have a great time and holidays. 😊

Nice reaction! This was for the 2022 Philippines pageant where they picked their contestant to represent The Philippines at Miss Universe. Mori sang this as all of the beautiful contestants came out on stage in their gowns. It was the perfect song at the perfect time and Mori was phenomenal. Talk about goose bumps!! Mori changes it up a little here as she always does. It is hard to pick a favorite when they are all perfect, but I think this is probably my favorite as Mori cranks up the power to new levels - my computer almost blew a fuse!!!

Philippines selected their Countries rep, for Miss Universe Pageant in April . The Miss Universe competition is in Nov......hosted by different cities. Kiko Salazar ( Akin Ka Na Lang ) wrote this for MU-Philippines and for Morissette to sing...AT THE EVENT in April kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z4Wxn5aEa9yJhqc ....2 days she returned from a month long concert tour in the US . She didn't have much time to rehearse it...and you'll notice she, was a bit flat....in the high note run towards the end.....but like a pro....just sailed on. This is considered an original of hers.....as she recorded it....4-6 weeks after the MUPH gig.....also a video of that....as she, had got ill....and....couldn't record it sooner.....but still amazed Dave....her hubby , who was mixing it.
