But Morissette is so respectful she would win over Whitney. Can you imagine the duets they could sing together? I think I just peed my pants a little bit at the prospect. The thing about Morissette is you give a Mariah song, or a Celine song the results are virtually the same. This woman can sing any style of music and sound like that's her specialty. The part that set this whole performance was the second 'that' in the first verse. It was big without being garrish. Everything is tasteful and spectacular at the same time. Yes, that's an apotheosis performance. Mori is so amazing that she improves each and every song she sings. Whitney was one of my favourite singers too. ASAP is actually a weekly TV show with regular personalities, like Morissette Amon, Regine velasquez, Sarah Geronimo, Gary Valenciano, Martin Nievera, Angelina Guinto, plus other invited guest like TNT Boys, 4th Impact, etc. etc. It is not a competition where somebody is declared the official winner. And by the way, they don't only sing but also dance and do stage plays/jokes.

The battle (vs) in this show was against Jed Mandela and there is video on youtube of the more extended performance. He also covered a Whitney song and then he and Mori ended it with a Whitney duet. As far as I know, the show leaves it up to the audience as to who won. They both did a great job imo. ASAP is a regular Sunday TV show that Mori appeared on regularly for quite a while, including for a good part of 2020. She still has appearances on it, but less frequently now.
