I love Ari's reaction 💞 My Mori goosebumps emanate from my back muscles and radiate to my arms and legs 😁 EVERY TIME. I've even Googled why some songs, music, dance, art or performance affect people this way. Mori's music surely does it for me. This also is my favorite from the Greatest Showman. And have listened to Loren Allred's rendition many many times.. until Mori's. I love it. She is amazing. Her covers of Rise Up (wish bus & acapella) by Andra Day, are absolutely brilliant. Hahaha Next thing you know you'll be flooded with requests for other artists from here like KZ Tandingan, Katrina Velarde, BuDaKhel, Kyla, et al. It will be a fantastic journey. Don't worry Ira--- I once let three trains pass me by, on an early Saturday morning in Union Square in NYC just so I could finish the piece by this old Chinese man playing a one-stringed violin. And yes, I was tearing up the whole time. Sometimes really, really great music gets past our subconscious force field to literally tug at our heart strings. Loren Allred's original was suitable for the movie but Morissette's version is beyond the movie. This version is brilliant that it can stand its own even if it wasn't in a movie. I believe the composer must be mesmerized by this cover, something like Dolly Parton's reaction to when she first heard Whitney Houston sang her I Will Always Love You.
