anag: I first heard the Harry Simeone Choir in '62, then I heard Bing Crosby's rendition around Thanksgiving 1963 and that put me over the top, knowing I would never ever love any other Christmas classic more than "DYHWIH"

Its always struck me as oddly amusing that all this terrific music and awesome church sits in the middle of nowhere geographically speaking. This is not vienna or new york. And for all but one night a year its just another small western city, right? Or am I wrong?

El himno es muy hermoso!!!! Glorifica al Señor!!! No me gusta el o exibisionismo exagerado de gran atracción mundanal. El Señor era sencillo. Hasta despreció el esplendor y lujo que solo logra hacer quitar la mirada de lo que verdaderamente glorificará su nombre.
