Lets do the math here: Sebastian is in love with Jim, Jim has fooled around with Sebastian, Molly, Irene, Mycroft and is now obsessing on Sherlock. The only person that Sherlock obsesses over is Mycroft (which sounds a little kinky) and is afraid to trust anyone in matters of the heart though Sherlock is obsessed with Jim. Mycroft has put all his fears and obsessions into Sherlock who is now utterly confused. John in the meantime likes Sherlock as a friend and believes him to be bat shit crazy. In my opinion Irene and Molly need to hook up with each other and let the men figure it out. That is my take on this melodrama. I hope none of them ever gets VD or they would infect half of London. ROTFL
