Another growwithjo morning workout to spice up your morning routine, get you in a good mood for the day and get 5000 steps in! This workout is focused on the abs to help you strengthen your core and reduce excess fat around your midsection. Walking is proven to be an effective and sustainable way to lose weight. So continue to do this walking workout with me to see and feel an amazing change.
5000 steps is a huge accomplishment if you can get this workout done first thing in the morning, and if you want to take the challenge on of doing this every morning for a week, you will end up walking 35,000 steps in just one week!
Not only will these workouts make you feel amazing, glowing from the inside out; they will also help increase your caloric expenditure so if your goal is to lose weight at home, this workout will help you tremendously.
Remember that exercise is only part of the journey. If your goal is to see a physical change, you will also have to take into consideration the amount and quality of the food that you are eating!

I am new here. But your confidence, affirmations, and spirit have me wanting to push myself. I lost 25 pounds and gained it all back because of my poor relationship with food. I am writing this to hold myself accountable and come back to track my progress. I am 5 feet. 150 pounds. Alot of belly fat. Ill be back in a month to see what I've lost in weight

I have watched a couple of Jo's videos previously and seen result videos. I have decided to commit to this one video for atleast 10 days. Day 1 - able to do 10 minutes. Day 2 - 17 minutes. Thank you for the comments! Day 3 - It's Saturday! Did 19 minutes today :) Day 4 - Sunday! 26 minutes today..discovered there was a water break in between lol Day 5 - 15 minutes! All I felt like doing today :/ Day 6 - 31 minutes! Yay! So happy I'm sticking to it :) 4 days to go :) Day 7 - 17 minutes :/ was extremely tired before the workout but pushed through. Glad I did :) Day 8 - 28 minutes. :) Almost there.. Day 9 - 100% completed. 41 minutes. Woohoo!! Day 10 - 100% completed. Grand finale :) Done and dusted! On to the next video! Thank you to all those who liked and commented :)

I'm 67 years old. Have bad balance and lower belly fat. I started slow and I feel so good. I try to do two videos a day. I am never bored. Thank you so much. Going to do more lower belly, and weight workouts I am having so much fun.

omg girl i forgot how challenging this was! I had lost my mom, mother-in-law and fiancée all with in 45 days, so I took much needed mental health time off. I had to sell my house, couldn't afford it anymore without him. Plus, to many memories. we were together for 28 years and have 2 kids. But he was so proud of me for all the weight I lost, and wanted me to continue so I am back.

Giiiirls... that was something 😄 I promised in yesterday's premiere to try this video today. Did I look like a dancing potato? Yes. Did I pant like an angry boar? yes. Did I have to modify or do some of the exercises slower? yes. But I did it. I didn't give up, I pushed through and at the end of the video, I almost started to sob when Jo began to praise my effort (true story, I was just so proud of myself!) 😄💕 When I began my journey with Jo in June I could do only 12-15minut of constant exercising. Now I can do 40min 4 times a week. 3-4kg down (I am not really good with my nutrition) but almost a dress size down (from 40 to 38 / 10 to 8) so I guess I have exchanged some of my fat for muscles. And what is even better - I feel stronger, more confident, and for the first time in my life, I am truly looking forward to working out and challenging my body. As a person with anxieties tied to my body is a big step. Thank you Jo and also to this lovely community from the bottom of my heart. And if you are reading this and struggling, remember: even with baby steps you can reach your goal 💖

Started off with one of your 15 min stretch videos and followed up with completing this one 100% I feel so accomplished. I wanted to stop before the 2nd part of the workout but I kept pushing and visualizing myself at my goal weight. I struggle with wanting to see overnight results but you have to start somewhere and take one day at a time. Thank you, Jo!

@@katilm81600 Awww thank you. We had been trying for 11.5 years, so it was a shock that I got pregnant at all. We are hopeful that a successful pregnancy may be around the corner. I just need my hormones to calm down. I'm planning to do a lot of these awesome workouts to help.

Congratulations!! Maybe it would be easier for you to start off with the 20minute ones? Just a suggestion because I get sooo tired after like 15 minutes I really want to just give up but then when I see the bar at the top is almost over it gives me sooo much motivation to keep going, maybe that will help with you too? But you have done amazing either way!!

I would suggest the 12min 'do this every morning' video to start off, completing a workout is a rush! Build slowly, be consistent and be proud of yourself!

Absolutely loved this! Im going to do this every night until my Monday weigh day. Your work outs have changed my life! I've never been this dedicated to working out in my entire life even as a tiny teen, I'm fitter now over weight than I was back then! I way 146 and my goal weight is 125. I haven't worked out in about 3 years. I've been using your workouts for 3 weeks! Your transformation is so inspiring for me as a Mom! I look at myself sometimes and am so disgusted eith how much I've let myself go over the years. But you've I spired me to look better and feel better. Not for anyone else but myself! I'd love to feel confidant again. Consistency is hard. But I'm getting to where I use your workout videos 4 times a week! The goal is to get to 6 days with 1 rest day! And once I get consistent I wanna start watching what I eat. But I need to get my workouts consistent first! One thing at a time lol. Thank you so much for being an inspiration!

I did this one at night! I try to do a 40 min workout of your daily! I’m on day 9 of my 45 day gym trial to get me back on track! Jo, You are the absolute best!! I started my fitness journey about a decade ago and although I lost 90lbs with proper diet and exercise, I let myself get discouraged when I couldn’t lose those last ten lbs. I ended up gaining back 30 lbs. If only I new then to measure my success by my strength of mind, body and soul instead of the scale. Thank you for encouraging me and so many others to get to, or get back to and maintain a healthy lifestyle! I have tried so many different workout programs, but your workouts always hit different! I can always find a video for what I want to target, and and you ooze joy, strength, beauty, and empowerment! It’s contagious!! 🤗❤️

I started working out with growwithjo videos in mid july. I can't say I've lost any weight, but I do see an increase in muscle and stamina. I usually dread working out but Jo is so happy and motivating, I love the videos :)

I’ve been doing Jo workouts for a few weeks now, 3x a week, but mostly just 12 min series, maybe a 15 or 20. These longer ones always intimidated me but then I realized.. I can pause whenever I want and thats okay! So I clicked this one today. And I didn’t even have to pause! I surprised myself and it feels so good. Great workout!

one of my friend introduced me this video coz I'm in my menstruation but I still want to move my body instead of lying the whole day in bed. I went through the whole video today with the stepz counting app from my phone. After 41 mins, the app showed I walked totally 3500 steps and burned 175 cal. Thank u Jo!!!!

Hi. My name is Joyce. I gained 30 lbs in past 3 yrs due to inactivity with covid restrictions , no gym access and 2 injuries. and now 196lbs , and fit in large sizes. Started to eat healthier , OMAD 3 to 4 days a week, and lifting weights. I am adding this routine to my workouts. Could only do 20 min first day. But that will change. I will update as I go along. Plan to do this daily at least 20 min of it tilli can make it all the way through. If one thing life has taught me is slow and steady wins the race to being healthy again. I was 70 kg after pregnancy when I started your workouts. I did yours, I did Leslie Sansone too. Then started Burpee Girl. And God! I came down to 52 within months! Yes, I still struggle as I am bad at controlling food intake and I need to get down to 47 I believe. So another 5 kg and it is taking a loooong time. But I know its a journey and I just need to enjoy workout and eat healthy to get there. Most importantly, I do enjoy working out now, very much. It has been 4 years of workout! Thank you. Very much. I started my weight loss journey 3 months ago. My initial weight was 90 kg, and after 3 months, i lost 4 kg. If you read it up to this point, I want to say i understand you.. Keep Going ❤ You work out to FEEL better not to lose weight. If you change your mindset, you will lose weight 💯

Hi, I’ve started today, with this workout. I just recovered from my second surgery for endometriosis. This morning I weighed 63.6 kg, I have gained weight over the past year through various medications and hormone treatments. I want to go back to my old weight of 55 kg. Starting tomorrow I will participate in the January workout schedule you created. I’ll keep you posted. Let’s go 💪🏽

I mostly started working out to improve symptoms of IBS Anxiety and to gain energy for a trip to Disney with my four kids. I’ve been working out with Jo for six weeks now about 4 or 5 days a week and I’ve only just started losing weight but my measurements have decreased and my symptoms are so much better! I woke up this morning and I had every reason not to do this or even finish it.... my body hurts, back, knees, feet, hips, the baby had a poop blowout in the middle of it, dealing with postpartum rage and depression that I cried while doing it. Half assed a lot of it but I knew that I'd feel better if I just did it and disregarded my feelings. Just wanted to say thank you grow with jo for continuing to post these workouts.

Got started with the intense Abs, I’m on day 2 and today is my first day day for this workout. I’ve lost 85 pounds walking every day starting in Feb now it’s cold so I need indoor workouts. I’m excited!

Every time I completed a 20 minutes workout with JO I’m like giiirl I near more!!! So this is definitely my favorite ever!!! I don’t need to complete with some things else right after… So for me I’ve Ben consistant this week I lost 1kg. To day : This 45 minutes workout gave me 3306 steps And burns 175 calories. I will be doing this consistently.. Like to remind me to give you feed back guys!!

I saw someone share their Apple Watch results, and I wanted to do the same. Mixed cardio Active calories 199 Total calories 258 Average ❤ rate 130 bpm Approx steps 5400 I’m 5’2” and 145 lbs Workout about 5-6x a week, about 40-45 min each workout. ❤❤❤❤

Thank you for helping me jumpstart my 6month pp weight loss journey . I had lost 40 lbs before i had my baby March of this year i was the healthiest I’ve ever been . This is one of my favorites you've done! By the halfway mark, I was dripping sweat, and thought, "Round 2? Maybe 1 round is good enough!" But I kept going anyway, and I'm so glad I did--- this was a great start to my morning. I feel so powerful and strong. Thank you!

I have been making working out too big in my head. I would take my son to the gym with me and my husband would come too. But we had a change and I kept asking God, what workout should I do to help me be consistent? I’m on Day 4 of doing this specific workout. I’m excited to see what I look like in three months. It’s time for me to focus on one plan and go for it! Each day won’t look the same, but consistency is the goal. I’m glad that God is using GrowwithJo to get my mind and body straight! What you all do changes lives! 🎉

I started my day with this workout. I have been stumbling on your shorts since 2 days and I got the motivation to start today after years without real exercice except walking. I had a c-section 2 years ago, post partum depression and the covid atmosphère didn't help... So I guess I just wanted to thank you for your content. You're the first channel of this type that made me feel okay about myself and actually MOTIVATED! You have such a bright energy 💓 Keep up the good work

I started 2 days ago Doing Jo's workouts my mom and my daughter had noticed a little bit of change I have CP and doing any workouts was always hard for me to do but her workouts I can do them with out a problem thanks a lot Jo

I started the workouts last week.. trying to do an hour of morning workouts.. they make my getting up at 4:45 not so painful. They are fun and doable(I have lupus so my joints are inflamed) I have to modify some jumping to walk in place but I know I’ll improve with time.Can’t wait to see where these take me!! 😊

I have only been at it for four days now. 3 out of 4 with workout. I am not here to loose weight but tummy fat and in only 4 days I have went from 25,2% substanous fat to 24,5%. My body has went from being 34 inside to 27 years inside. (I am 29) so I am even more excited to work out everyday now. My plan is 4/5 days a week and weekends off. So thank you Jo! 😍 I am hopeful and think my baby belly will disappear eventually 👏

My daughter woke up to nurse in the middle of my workout, so my heart rate went all the way back down to resting... Should I start the workout over or just pick up where I left off? I am loving these workouts!!! I feel great!

currently on day 3 doing this workout consistently in the mornings... and tho' I know it targets lower abs, I'm surprised how sore my LEGS are! My glutes, quads, and hamstrings feel things, as well as my upper arms. this is definitely a total body workout!!
