There seems to be something wrong with the camera. There is a choppy motion as you pan the city and that is rather uncomfortable to watch .

This vlogger went outside in this terrible condition/weather/cold to entertain us, and you are criticizing about the choppy motion? And how it is uncomfortable to watch? Well. You shouldn't have watch it. You should have dragged your ass out there in the dead of winter and see if you could have done better.
