Morning Alms in Luang Prabang, Laos

While Luang Prabang is an interesting French colonial town in Laos, the real attraction is the huge number of Buddhist monks living within the historic temple district.
This video shows the monks walking through town receiving their morning alms by local people and tourists alike. To see this, however, you have to be out there as early as 6 AM.

Nice peaceful buddhism.plz don't give them egg, meat,alcohol,cigarettes. Pureveg monks are best in real buddhism.buddha said if you don't have any food to eat then you can eat meat.pureveg simple living monks could inspire us to be pureveg and live simple life without any violence.this comment is from the land of buddha lumbini nepal.
