In short, this whole text is Buddhist prayers for three jewels Buddha, Dharma, Sangha and all other Boddhisatvas as per the Buddhist tradition. You can just listen and wish for whatever you have in mind. Hard to find meaning of this text in one place but if you want you can find explanation in English in break downs of each different prayers mentioned here. Hope it helps little bit!

Best way is to learn Tibetan reading first or sometimes written in English but hard to find this whole prayer in one place. If not play this prayer whenever you’ve free and quite time, helps you meditate at the same time. Good luck !
