I would have severe anxiety going into shops, public in younger yrs, now still at times. What help is for me to mentally prepare myself for it, talk some good vibes into myself. Weird for other people but those who suffer with anxiety would understand. Babi so cute. You are a great mom

I thought that was just me feeling that way all the time whenever I have to go out wich is quite often... And I always get anxious as well... But talking to my Daughter has always helped me out as well and I also sing to distract myself from the anxiety if I'm driving jaja. Sometimes I wish my anxiety would just disappear... But I am relieved to know there are more out there with the same issue, it makes me more calm now knowing other people know and go through this.

@@dahianneminelly4512 l often try analyse what l get anxious about & for me it's kinda the unknown, 'in my mind' thinking people might look at me, think strangely of me. You definitely not alone and people should try encourage & understand someone who suffer from anxiety. So easily one are pushed to do something without understanding how it affects you. As soon as someone understand, the way they give encouragement to the anxiety sufferer the more impact they will have on that person in helping them 'come out' a bit more on different levels. So great your daughter is there for you.

Yes!!! It goes by soooo fast though! I have a four month old daughter😅 She has gained eight pounds and has grown five inches in four months🥲 I’m happy but it’s bittersweet because my baby is growing up😭 my husband doesn’t want her to grow up either and he just wants to keep cuddling her.

Oh Liana I can definitely relate. When I was younger I was down to go anywhere at anytime, I loved big fairs and carnivals,concerts, clubs etc. I dont know what happened but after my 2nd child who is now 16years old I acquired social anxiety I mean like bad. I’m perfectly fine running too grocery or doing everyday errands but the second a big outing comes up on comes the anxiety about even having to go out. But I always find once I actually get out and get to my destination it’s usually a lot of fun. But I’m proud of u hun it’s the little things that we tackle personally that counts. By the way Koazy is beyond adorable and u are an absolutely amazing mom, Koazy is lucky to have u as his mom. You are doing amazing hun. ❤

Seriously. To be positive, laugh and be cheerful about things is often such a great health boost. Like making the silly dances, happy jumping and all kind of joyful praises here and there. Makes life more fun, easy and it reinforces the body and soul. I love her happiness mood. She knows when she needs to do those "for her upbringing things". As someone who have been depressed my biggest mistake was to not letting myself have things i actually liked, such as good foods, drinks, paint, walk in beautiful areas and all kind of things to enjoy. I laid it aside to often with excuses like its better to save those money or an other time, later and so on. I became seriously drained by not loving myself and only care for others as a escape of thinikning i would be happy if i just accomplished things during my existence. I learned that the "unecessary/silly things" can be the important things too. Life is not black and white or a stricit recipe from a book. Every day is a new day that has not been seen or known of before. Chemical imbalance in the body can be heavy things to fix so dont mess with your needs. To sleep well, eat when its time to, have social time, do or have things you love every now and then, take walks and so on are all things making balance in your body to make you feel well. Love is not exclusionary.
