Hi Laurie, I found those Mesh Stencils and bought the “Chocolate” ones! They are all Paris ones, like yours and so cool xoxo Going to play with my textured paste, maybe tint the paste? Or use my oxide ink once imprint made? But so cool!

I’m so inspired!! I’m a daddy’s girl. I followed in his footsteps into the family business. I still have him, but he has Alzheimers and is 91 now. But I’m going to start now creating memory books for myself and my family!! Thank you so much through your grief you have inspired me to do this!! Much love to you and your family! ❤️❤️❤️

No comment on the paper vs plastic bag laws. 😂 Both can be crafted with but what's unfortunate is not everyone is crafty sooo. Cool journal! I hopped over here from Pam at the PaperOutpost ❤

Cute idea, your nieces will love them! Love the idea of making family pictures into paper dolls.I stopped at Walmart yesterday and picked up the glue gun too. I had to laugh at your oranges falling out of your paper bag, I could just see you chasing them too! Lol. Doesn't matter if the bag's are paper or plastic, they have to be doubled nowadays. Have a wonderful weekend!

Great way to share memories of your dad with your nieces, I am sure they will love them! I am not great at scanning so I make a copy of the picture then put the copy onto my copier and set it for whatever size I want. Once I get it right I make a whole bunch of copies and make notes on one original which size I chose. Hope that is helpful. Have a lovely day! 🤗🤗🤗

Lovely! My first experience with mesh stensils was with chalk paint just this spring! Worked wonderfully!!! I had found a small child chair, took it apart, chalk painted white, reassembled and reinforcedthe bottom (my husband said "you know she's gonna try and stand in it"). THEN I stenciled "Quinnie" in lavender on it and added bees and a heart stencil. Lastly I stenciled 7-4-21, her birthday on the back. Making a cushion for it now. I am on the hunt for more mesh stencils now as I didn't even think of using them with paste! Thanks for the great tip! God bless you and all yours! ang
