Happy Father's Day, Jason. You are a wonderful supportive cool father, to be wondering about the garden in your pajamas along with Casey on this Father's Day. You have done an extraordinary job helping create that fabulous garden. You and Casey make a fantastic team. The bunny house is a masterpiece. Your hard work truly shows up. I appreciate Casey's narration of each plant, as she walks us through the garden. Girl, you out did yourself. I can't wait to see those boxes fully Blossom. Thank you for your time and dedication to this account and thinking of us. Hope you cooked a special breakfast for that man of yours!! Again, HAVE A HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!🌿🌾🐈🌼🐇🌿

Casey you and Jason are just an awesome couple and I still enjoy learning from the two of you. I enjoy when you turn your beautiful garden into a learning experience and a teaching ground so that we learn from your experiences. I truly gain so much knowledge from your experiences and I want to thank you for that. It is truly a journey of love. The Garden Alone is beyond anything I could imagine having but then watching the girls unique Style of teaching after you demonstrate to them the quality of gardening and loving it is remarkable. So please continue to take us on your journey and your love of gardening and doing it in a natural way then you do I have learned so much and I hope to learn much more. I have watched so many other KZbinrs the way that they do it is completely opposite of watching you. The knowledge that I have gained watching you is completely is very different, I hope continue to enjoy your garden as you continue to spread the knowledge that you have. You make it so enjoyable to watch and learn from your KZbin channel. I found your channel of approximately two-and-a-half years ago and I haven't stopped watching since. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and making us wiser. 🦋🌻

Hi, happy Father’s Day:) regarding apple tree, you need to prune apple trees every year, not too sure when in your area , we in UK prune them on January. We leave all branches going upwards and all the rest prune them out. This helps apple tree to produce more apples, this what my dad showed me, he always harvest lots of apples ;) I love your garden and it has been always my inspiration ❤️❤️❤️❤️🍎🍎🍏🍏🍏

That was a nice tour😊 yep we've been having that wind too, actually its still windy, but we got some RAIN! Finally, yesterday about 3 times and a drizzle all night. I kept getting up to see if its still coming down😉. Honeysuckle is I think my favorite garden fragrance, as well as carnations, those shoot me back to my childhood, but those were much larger than what I have growing now. Its mid afternoon and I'm still in my jammies enjoying the cloudy cool day👍🏼😀

Jason n Casey I absolutely love your beautiful gardens, and all the beautiful spaces you have created! What kind of rose was that? I didn’t know that they would keep their smell after they have been dried. Maybe you can show us a video of this? Also what kind of wisteria was that? I have one growing in a large pot about 4-5 years old and it just started to really flower this year. Love you guys in your jammies, because that’s real life. Keep them videos coming I really enjoy following along ❣️🌸🌼🌺🌷🌹🌞😎🍃🌴

Thank you for taking the time to walk around with us! the rose is called ‘At Last’ and the wisteria, I don’t remember the variety name, I planted it so long ago.

It's so funny to see that Honeysuckle is planted as a perennial because where I am in New York it grows wild. it coats the breeze in the spring with it's sweet scent. If you pluck a flower when its completely open and pull the bottom and gently pull the stamin( i think that's the stringy thins inside) out- just before it comes out the back of the flower there will be a small drop of nectar there an you can eat. one little drop on your tongue of sweet spring honeysuckle!

Not to be competing, but western Kansas has been 100 or higher and winds 25-45 for over two weeks straight, and our immediate area has had less than an inch of rain all together since the first of the year. It’s so dry rabbits and insects are attacking plants they would usually leave alone. Even choosing my plants wisely, it’s been a very discouraging year. 😕. Just trying to focus on small victories, and the experience I’m getting learning how to choose and protect my plants.
@TheLawrenceGardenFarm2 жыл бұрын
Wow! That’s very extreme conditions! How are you dealing with all of that?
@scmsart18602 жыл бұрын
I have lots of tough prairie perennials like Russian sage, echinacea, day lilies, and nepeta. I mostly garden in raised beds due to rabbits and I’ve found heavy mulch and frequent deep watering is keeping things going. We are blessed with a good well. Seed petunias, zinnias, marigolds and surprisingly Victoria blue salvia are annuals that are holding up in containers. Nothing else has held up to the hot dry wind. Heat, wind and drought are not unusual for us, but fortunately most years are not this extreme and better things will come. I always love seeing your beautiful place, thank you so much for sharing it with us!
