What are Affirmations?
Everything we repeatedly say to ourselves out loud or in our thoughts are an affirmation.
Affirmations in New Thought and New Age terminology refer primarily to the practice of positive thinking and self-empowerment - fostering a belief that "a positive mental attitude supported by affirmations will achieve success in anything."
More specifically, an affirmation is a carefully formatted statement that should be repeated to one's self frequently. For affirmations to be effective, it is said that they need to be present tense, positive, personal, and specific.

I got lost in my life mental health is suffering but with this affirmation with focus on my food health and exercise I believe I will achieve what I started thank you for this affirmation 😀

These definitely made a difference and impact on my health. I listened to this everyday for about 30 days and it's definitely working because I am up and walking in the park every other day, doing yoga at home in between and eating much lighter/healthier and drinking more water. And the best part is, it's almost effortless on my part. I don't feel like I HAVE to do any of this, I just kinda want to everyday. Thank you so much for creating this! 🙏 I'm on to the health and abundance one now 😊

Dear Bob, These are a Great weigh (couldn't resist the pun!) to begin the New Year and New Decade!! Thank you for this wonderful group of affirmations. I think it would be even better to listen in the morning and evening just before going to sleep! When you do new affirmations, it would be great to see them listed like Natasha Fraser has done in her comments! I've listened to it twice. I love the affirmations! I do wish there was enough space and pause between them so I could say them to myself at least in my head and once out loud

Hi Bob, thank you for all of your kind work. This particular video has too short spaces for repeating the affirmations, in my opinion. For myself it is stress inducing because the next affirmation starts playing before I have finished speaking and I have to speak so fast my focus is not on being sincere. Just thought you would want to know. Thank you for your time.

Take care of yourself eat healthy protein. Water salad every day early am stretch. Later walk to brook slow don't quit keep it simple it's ok

I am healthy getting stronger every day healthy immune system move for arthritis mini walks important water early eat healthy apple with breakfast filling less snacking watch those sweets buy small eat slow veggies early for blood weight yourself keep track must keep moving putter don't quit you've got this 🛑

The Affirmations are on the money but these phrases are a little longer so we needed more time to repeat some of them

Think of the word “period” as an exclamation point. “I am worthy!”
