I appreciate you taking time to comment. We model our guided meditations after the Psalms, which sometimes focus exclusively on God (e.g. Ps 150), sometimes focus more on the writers' human experience (e.g. Ps 26), and sometimes somewhere in between (Ps 1). So while this meditation might focus more on the human experience, we have others that focus exclusively on God. Either way, thanks for listening and sending us your feedback!
