Good morning I just recently started listening to your motivational videos every morning. It helps with my stress, anxiety, and the worry my mind has the minute I wake up. My mind associates the alarm with how much little time I have left to do anything. Everyday I wake up and my mind reminds me how little time I have left from when I wake up to get ready for work to the whole work day and then I just have 4hrs left to myself to do anything I want and I don’t think it’s enough. Your videos help shut out the negativity that brews in my brain the minute my eyes open. Thank you.

You have a way of saying the same words we say everyday ,but you are expressing them in a way we have to thought about them by a form of a story in our daily life you explain. (In short take it easy ,don't loose the sense of reacting to the problems of life, that control should be under our control of sense and reason with life problems, most of the time we over react to life obstacles, which we all face in our life, just in different ways of life, we should be in control mode not neutral mode ).
