Great morning routine Ellie ❤ this reminded me of when my 2 were little and I'd be up at 6:30am 😊 my boys school was roughly 2 minutes away from my home which was great 😊. They're grown now but I miss those days 😢 kids grow up so quickly so enjoy these times ❤ you looked lovely in your dress ❤ hope you all have a lovely Sunday, the weather is amazing so let's make the most of it 😂 you know what UK weather is like 😂. I'm in my back garden later on, I'll be in the sun and hubby will be under the parasol as he's not really a sun lover. But I think we'll having be having our lunch and dinner out there today and a nice glass of 'LEMONADE' as we don't drink 😂❤ see you in your next video/vlog ❤

I hope I don’t cause any offence but your taking a lot of vitamins and have you checked your not going past the daily recommended allowance for each individual vitamin also iron and zinc shouldn’t be taken together but at separate times of the day because they stop your actual absorption and cancel each other out and it honestly why multi vitamins and hair skin and nail supplements are not really the greatest and they often have a lower dose than needed in some vitamins but taking that and a multivitamin might cause you to go over which isn’t advised because it can cause hairloss and other issues it’s worth looking into this and maybe swapping out to individual ones or a women’s health supplement I noticed that alot of you tubers take alot of vitamins obviously alot of companies reach out and if they are offering them up why not not saying you got yours for free but definitely do your du diligence especially if your eating a healthy diet you may well only need a small set of supplements

I haven’t noticed any side effects to be honest 🙂 my hair has grown crazy amounts so I think they’re working 😄 thank you though x
