When life gets you down, the people that truly love and care for you will make it obvious. In my case, everyone ghosted on me and disappeared including blood relatives; unfortunate but it happens that way. Try not to internalize other peoples envy and insecurities. Some people are just rude, toxic or dealing with their own struggles and don't know how to behave correctly. Also genius, way to replace the bread carbs in the morning.. peas/sweet potato.. :) will try that soon.
