I am so addicted to your videos nowadays . I woke 4 am everyday on weekdays because i need to be at workplace at 6 am . Before , i feel rushed and my morning seems nothing . But when i started to follow a few of your routine , i feel great every morning . Thank you for this positivity ❤

I had a doctor who would tell me that I am a cold blooded type, so I should at least eat once a day a warm meal. It's not common in germany to eat a warm breakfast other than maybe porridge, but I always feel better when eating something warm instead cold. But I love icecream and apparently icecream for breakfast makes you more concentrated. Idk. I guess, just go with the flow and what feels best for you, is all the advice any of us need.

Hi Nao. Your cat is so cute! I had 2 dogs for a long time. They were both very old and died within 2 weeks of each other. It has been over a year but I am still not ready to love another fuzzy butt. I admire your early morning routine. I get up early do chores then sometimes go back to bed. I love your plants too. They heal the soul. Thank you for sharing. Why? Why? Why does my life need to be some stringent early morning routine. I had one and my HATERS ruined it. It was my 20 year civil service job. Since then, they forced me into early retirement. 🤷‍♀️ It is 12 inches of snow on the ground this morning and you all are worried about what I do in the morning. Why🤷🏽‍♀️?
