Morning Routine｜Mandatory Quarantine in China

A good morning routine marks the start of a good day. However small the effort, it's not always easy to maintain a routine.
Currently, I am in Shenzhang, a city in China undergoing lockdown amidst another COVID-19 resurgence. This video shows the small efforts I make to maintain my health whilst staying at my quarantine hotel.
