I set the oven temperature to 250° and cooked for 25 minutes on one side and 20 minutes on the other. However, I recommend checking frequently if you're following these instructions, as oven performance can vary.

And yes, the silicone baking mat is from IKEA, and it works wonders! Unlike traditional wooden or marble slabs, it's super easy to clean and maintain. ❤️
