Drink green tea, or caffeinated starbucks drinks. So the refreshers or any other drinks such as the fraps, just get them with cream in them instead of coffee

Hi! I've been watching a lot of these videos lately and I decided to start having a more productive life. I think it's really been helping me so here's how my new morning routine goes. 5:40-5:55: Wake up, drink a glass of water, make bed. 5:55-6:10: Do a short workout. (If I can, sometimes I'm too tired, injured, or just can't) 6:10-6:30: Breakfast. My favorite breakfast is warm lemon water with yogurt and apple almond granola or a raisin bagel with cream cheese. 6:30-6:40: Pack a lunch. I usually bring leftovers, a salad, or pasta/soup of some kind. 6:40-7:00: Skincare, brush teeth, you know. 7:00-7:30: Get dressed, put on makeup, and make sure everything is ready to go. Then, at 7:30, I head off to school!

I don’t have the best view either but it’s not always about being rich it’s about what makes you happy and being the better version of yourself but you don’t have to change for anybody

It can be! My morning routine used to be wake up, go on phone for 3 hours but now I made myself get up, get any school work done, eat a healthy breakfast (or just one you enjoy) and be productive and now I’m a lot happier. I wish you the best

hey, its pretty late rn, im bored so i decided to do this, before i start i wanted to let you know that your perfect just the way you are. this is only if u want to! how to be a -aesthetic softie- whatever you call these girls on these videos ahah xx ill separate them into diff topics! *-~actions~-* try to be calm and gentle try to be a bit graceful. don’t be harsh with anything! its gonna work out so there isn’t a reason to feel anger!~* enjoy the moment while you can, life’s a bit short. its extremely short to feel anger. be the happiest you can! just try. *-~how to be healthy as they show in the videos~-* for breakfast, well for a -simple- breakfast thats really easy to make is just fruit’s! its a really light but good healthy breakfast to -fill you up- it might not seem like it will but try! here are some quick and easy recipes to try! 1) *-~fruit bowl~-* start off with a nice bright white bowl to awake you! ofc you dont need a -white- bowl, as you can choose whatever you would choose! then cut any fruits in half, for this u can cut strawberry’s, grapes, mango, kiwi or bananas! for toppings you can choose whatever! i say you should do honey! its a great way to stay healthy and a delicious taste! in this case it also looks ~aesthetic~ ahaha 1) *-~the drink~-* you can drink whatever you preferably choose! even if its water! in this case, were doing a water beverage, but feel free to do whatever you enjoy! 1) beverage one: water if you enjoy drinking water, this is for you! go ahead and get a nice cup, clear if you want to be extra ahah, and a jar if you want to be extra extra! then go ahead and add a lot of ice cubes in, any shape/size can work! just put it in until its up to the top, then you can go ahead and add some water in! i prefer ice cold water as it really wakens you up and gives you productivity! after that is done, you can go ahead and get a lemon, squeeze a little bit of lemon juice in your water, as many as you would like, remember the more lemon the more lemony. if you have a lemon bottle filled with lemon juice (as a dresser for salads and what not) you can also use that! it really doesn’t make a difference ahah. this is a optional step, once your done you can go ahead and get a straw! and shape/color! if you want to be a bit extra, you can get a small fruit (couple blueberries or 1-2 strawberries or lemons etc.) and cut a little nip in it, then you can put it on the edge of your cup! thats your tropical healthy water beverage! *-~stayin hydrated boo*-~! for your day, you can get a water-bottle or a jar to be extra aha, and get some ice cubes to fill to the top as before, you can add ice cold water or any temperature, if you want you can add lemon or any flavor to your water as you will be having this throughout your day! make sure to have a water-bottle accessible where you are in your home or wherever! now, time to transform your room? lets do it bae!

Here’s what I do: My body wakes me up at 7:00. Lay in bed for an hour until my mum comes in and drags me out of bed Make my bed Go downstairs for some cereal (usually have orange juice with it) Come back upstairs Put on a face mask and leave it on while I lay out my school uniform Wash off my face mask and put on moisturiser and brush teeth Put on my uniform I laid out from before Pull on some shoes Pack my lunch box my mother made for me and fill up my drink bottle Go to school! (9:00) That’s all in 2 hours (If you count me sleeping in lmao)

Reminder: That girl is being the best version of YOU yes all these people wake up early you dont need to the reason this is common because waking up early is refreshing(if you have enough sleep) yes all these people eat healthyish this dosent mean you cant eat a mcdonalds its to remind you eating healthy is good for you, has more energy(mostly) no empty calories,Eat that burger with your friends eat that cake have the second muffin and eat that pizza but eat healthier i promise it makes a difference yes these people workout : they probably don’t workout everyday its very unlikely because you need to let your body rest!! everyone is different!!! a lot of people use motivation to get better Like me!! if you don’t thats fine find your way! yes these people know how to cook amazing meals(mostly)!! cooking is a life skill dosent matter if you dont cook for yourself learn?!!! it dosent have to be something complicated!!! follow a recipe on something easy!!!!! :))
