Man, I hope to run into y’all one day...I have prepared a 3x5 index card “cheat sheet” with all the speculations possible for all my boards...for example: (A) Nose to tail to width ratio, squared to the 3rd power (B) = (A)/Thickness x 2 equivalent in acorns when calculated by squirrels (C) each color % on the deck (-) sticker area plus the sq.root of delaminated glass (D) wax weight to board weight %, / leash length, rounded to the second decimal expressed in ancient Sanskrit (E) std deviation in rocker angle when held upside down and backwards algorithmically while eating oatmeal cookies That’s just a taste of the goodness. When i used to surf I'd push my board down in the water and as the wave began to pick me up id release it and would almost not even paddle into the wave so i could catch earlier. Try it and you'll thank me later. Btw it was fiberglass 6ftr.

I went no leash there in similar conditions back in the summer of "95". Board gets away from me and almost took out a boogie boarder, so you know what he says to me? " Nice SPECS on that 6'8' all glassed thruster, but get a fucking leash!" I dry docked in the rock garden went and grabbed my leash and lived happily ever after.
