I enjoyed this practice this morning. I have issues with degenerative docs in my neck and pinched nerve between my neck and shoulder on my right side. Yoga in general is the only thing that has helped me. This was a great shoulder opener. I truly enjoy your flows! ❤️❤️

Wonderful practice. Wonderful guidance. The only time you lost me momentarily was when I had to put first one, then also the other hand on the top of the back. I did not understand the build-up to that asana. Thanks a bundle!

I had to do a lot of modifications for anything that involved my Rt knee which is shot, and need to be careful with Rt shoulder as the rotator cuff is torn and can't do surger right now, but I manage with modifications. I hate getting older and thing start to go to south. Sucks, but we just have to find a way to live with it. I love Yoga. Thanks for your classes.

I really loved the flow, but the ads in the middle take me out of it instantly. Is there any way to have them only at the beginning? I really don't want to have to look elsewhere for yoga videos but I really need a steady uninterrupted flow. Please consider 🙏
