My gf cannot watch a tv show now without being on tiktok. While I do think tiktok is terrible for us as a society for both consumers and producers, I think banning it is a bit extreme - and let's be honest the government isn't banning it because of health issues - that's the real problem. Thats a bad habbit. Cannot watch a tv show without getting distracted? Do you know the level of mental rotting that is. Some bangladeshi kid will probably not be bored for 5 days straight watching a chernobyl documentary and yall cant even sit through a tv show. Think about it for once. How badly will that affect your attention span plus your work effectiveness
