Takeaways from the webinar of MorningStar MDP Associate role today: 1. Non technical finance related role. 2. Having knowledge of Databases, Python and SQL will be a plus point but not mandatory. 3. 5 day work from office job. 9 hour work with 1 hour rest. Office location in Navi Mumbai only. 4. There are three shifts and there will be additional bonuses depending on the shift. 5. internal switching to technical role only allowed after 18 months. 6. having finance related knowledge is preferred over technical knowledge.

@@sakshipawar6417 Behavioural Questions were only asked. There were 2 rounds of interview 1st with the TL I guess 2nd would he with Manager Both rounds were very comfortable and they just asked Behavioural questions.
