Moroccan Chicken Briouat / Ramadan Spécial بريوات الدجاج crunchy loaf dough, with a delicious, economical filling.
Ingredients: English
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
Water as required
For Filling:
100g Vermicelli
2 tbsp Oil
2 big Onion chopped
Salt to taste
250g chicken
2-3 Garlic cloves crushed
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Ginger powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Harissa Paste o hot sauce
1/2 cup Olives finely chopped
4 tbsp Parsley chopped
Flour mix water
Oil for fry
Ingredientes:Español

Para rellenar;
100g de fideos
2 cucharadas de aceite
2 cebollas grandes picadas
Sal al gusto
250g de pollo
2-3 dientes de ajo machacados
1/2 cucharadita de cúrcuma
1 cucharadita de pimienta negra
1 cucharadita de jengibre en polvo
1/2 cucharadita de pimentón
1 cucharada de pasta Harissa o salsa picante
1/2 taza de aceitunas finamente picadas
4 cucharadas de perejil picado
Agua de mezcla de harina
Aceite para freir

2 كوب دقيق
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
1 ملعقة كبيرة زيت
الماء حسب الحاجة
لملء؛
100 جرام شعيرية
2 ملعقة كبيرة زيت
2 بصلة كبيرة مفرومة
ملح للتذوق
250 جرام دجاج
2-3 فص ثوم مهروس
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة كركم
1 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود
1 ملعقة صغيرة مسحوق زنجبيل
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة بابريكا
1 ملعقة كبيرة عجينة الهريسة أو الصلصة الحارة
1/2 كوب زيتون مفروم ناعم
4 ملاعق كبيرة بقدونس مفروم
مزيج دقيق من الماء
زيت للقلي
