Moroccan Couscous Recipe step by step / Food in Morocco ASMR

Hello everyone .. Today I suggest the Moroccan Couscous recipe with vegetables, among the traditional classic dishes of Moroccan Cuisine. A good, essential Friday dish! Easy and simple preparation, you just need good vegetables and a good couscous with wheat semolina. I used whole, healthy and high-fiber semolina, you can also prepare it with barley semolina or a mixture of both.
Ingredients
Chicken or Meat
1Onion & Green Pepper
2 Carrots & Turnips & Zucchini & Tomatoes
200g Pumpkin
Coriander & Parsley
Hot pepper
Cooking oil
Salt / Pepper / Ginger / Turmeric
2.5 liters of hot water
For the COUSCOUS
500g Medium whole wheat semolina
800ml of water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp argan or olive oil or Ghee

Eating couscous royale in Paris in a Tunisian restaurant was always the greatest treat. Royale was served with the stew, but had a separate dish of roasted meats, , lamb, merguez and chicken on top of the couscous grain together, the hot harissa was served separately in small dish. What a meal that was !

Soy del Norte de España de Galicia concretamente de la provincia de Lugo y comí este plato típico de la cocina marroquí hace más de 30 año cuando todavía no me había casado en Barcelona echo por una chica marroquí q cuidaba a la suegra de mi hermana y me encantó nunca lo había comido y la verdad tenía miedo de q no me gustara pero estaba ‹riquísiimooooo y siempre quise encontrar a alguien q me enseñara como se hace y hasta ahora nunca había encontrado a nadie q realmente llo supiera hacer bién , hasta hoy .......
